Allows fine manipulation of small parts – e.g., the inside of a lock. Adds 5 to the subject’s LockpickingTL skill by letting him move tumblers, etc., without touching them, if he has normal tools available. Lets a wizard with no tools at all attempt to open a lock at his normal Lockpicking skill. Gives a similar bonus for MechanicTL and other skills where a “third hand” is useful.

Duration: 1 minute. (One minute allows one attempt at the average lock.) Once open, a lock stays open until closed.
