Similar to Restore Sight, but for Speech. The tongue and vocal cords cannot be completely missing.

Cost: 5 to cast. 3 to maintain.
Time to cast: 5 seconds.
Prerequisites: Minor Healing and either Great Voice or Strike Dumb.

Regular
Temporarily restores the subject’s sight, regardless of what caused the loss (if the loss of sight is magical in nature, however, the responsible spell gets to resist). The eyes must not be completely missing (that requires Regeneration (VH)). For a permanent cure, use Restoration (VH).

Cost: Equal to half of the restored Vision score (Per + [Advantages and Disadvantages/Advantages/Acute Sense (P)|Acute Sense (P)]); half to maintain.
Time to cast: 5 seconds.
Prerequisites: Minor Healing and either Magic and Abilities/Spells/Light and Darkness Spells/Keen Vision or Strike Blind.
