Cost: 20. Some planes may cost more and/or carry a skill penalty. 
Time to cast: 5 seconds. 
Prerequisite: Plane Shift (VH).

Wand, staff, or jewelry. Usable only by mages; sends the subject to a single plane only.  
Energy cost to create: 100 times the casting cost for the plane.
