Lesser Wish (VH)

Enchantment
This spell, like the more powerful Wish spells (below), must be cast on a
ring, amulet, or jewel. The wearer of that item may then specify the result
of any one die roll made in his presence, just before that roll is made –
except a die roll involving magic. This is not an “action.” It takes no time, and
may be done at any time. Once used, a wish is lost.
Only one roll or action can be affected by one wish; you could use a
wish on your attack roll or on the damage, but not both. GMs should
feel free to disallow any wish use that they consider abusive or imbalancing.
