Manastone (VH)

Enchantment 
A Manastone is an unrechargeable Powerstone. Use all normal Powerstone rules (limits by value, etc.), except that a Manastone does not recharge its power – although the item may be re-enchanted with multiple applications of the spell. If a Manastone “quirks” in enchanting, the quirks (naturally) must be appropriate to a nonrecharging object (no quirks about recharging limitations!). Manastones have no effect on the recharge rate of nearby Powerstones.

Energy cost to cast: 5. Each casting charges the stone with a single point of energy.
