Create good, solid earth where none existed before. This earth must
be created in contact with the ground – not hanging in the air or floating in the sea!

Duration: Permanent.
Cost: 2 per cubic yard to create earth from nothingness (minimum 2);
1 per cubic yard to solidify mud into good earth (minimum 1).
Prerequisite: Earth to Stone.
