Change the facing of a subject to any direction desired. This is not a
teleport-in-place, but a physical spin. On the subject’s next turn, a roll vs.
Body Sense or DX-6 is needed to take any action. If the subject moved 2 or
more yards the previous turn, he must make an IQ roll to avoid continuing in
the new direction.
